Lot Layout
A conservation style community places its homes within clusters. This allows for more open spaces to be afforded to everyone. Driftwood will have a mix of some larger, traditional lots, and a few within the smaller cottage area. Our traditional home lots will be offered first and conservation lots will be available following township approval.
